Q. What is the cost to use the Online Player Tee Sheet?
A. If you create an event website, we give you the Player Tee Sheet at no cost. If you do not create an event website, the cost is $50 per event.
Q. Is there any charge for processing the credit card payments?
A. Yes, we hold back 4.5% of each charge. This % is used to cover merchant, transaction, and transfer fees to use online merchant services and Paypal. We charge a $2.00 online convenience fee to all players using a credit card to sign up.
Q. How do I add a player to the pairings list?
A. Click on the box indicated for the player on the tee time and the pairing of the player on the cart assignment. A window will appear to enter player information. After you click the save button the player will appear on the pairings list. To move players to a different hole, simply click and drag to the desired hole.
Q. When will I receive the revenue from the credit card registrations?
A. We will cut a check to you upon your request. We can also direct transfer the money to your bank account. We can also direct all revenue to your merchant account bank. You can request to receive available funds twice during the registration process.
Q. I have a large group of people who always attend the outing every year, can I have them signup without having to pay by credit card?
A. Yes, we also have a “Pay by check” option. The checks will be directed to the name and address you enter.
Q. How do I keep track of my players?
A. In the past, your choices were left up to you, build a spreadsheet, hand write a list or create an elaborate data base. With Golf Outing Pro once a person signs up on the website, they will automatically be entered in your tee -sheet. In addition, if you choose to only use the Online Outing Planner Worksheet you can manually enter players.
Q. Why collect e-mails on my players?
A. The Golf Outing Pro online tee sheet organizes your players, allows changes, prints handy lists and keeps track of sponsors. Another benefit is your ability to 'talk' to all your players at once. A few days before your outing send all players their tee time, hole assignments and directions to the course! The day after the outing send all players a Thank You note.
